The service, led by David the General Manager, was absolutely fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff, though the older rooms were still comfortable. The location, surrounded by embassies in Embassy Row near DuPont Circle, had its charm but was disrupted by renovation noise. The dining experience was average, with wholesome but basic options at a cost. The facilities were decent overall.
